Delivery & Returns
All our parts are to suit UK right hand drive vehicles, any sided fitment information such as drivers side / offside will mean the right hand side of the vehicle as you sit in it. Please bear this in mind if you have a left hand drive vehicle and are looking to purchase any parts.
- Free delivery is offered on all items delivered to mainland UK, which are posted out Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). No items are dispatched over the weekend.
- The free delivery service is a 48hr service (working days) with a 1 day dispatch time. We endeavour to dispatch orders same working day if made before 2pm. Our working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be shipped next working day.
- The next day delivery service (which has an additional charge) is a next working day service. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days by the courier. If you require a Saturday delivery service this is extra, please inquire before placing your order. For example, an order placed before 2pm on Friday with a paid next day delivery service will be scheduled for delivery on the Monday.
- Some large regulators sent to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands will be incur an additional charge, please enquire before ordering.
- The next day delivery service (which has an additional charge) is not available to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. The fastest delivery service available to these area's is a 2 day service.
- Collection once payment has been made is also welcome.
- International delivery is available, please enquire for a quotation before ordering.
Refunds & Returns Policy
- If you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason, please contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss the issue and a return / refund can arranged.
- All items are security marked and carefully packaged before being sent using a fast delivery service to avoid courier damage. We ask all customers to inspect goods before signing to ensure it hasn't been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses to wait, then simply sign as DAMAGED so a claim can be made against them if necessary.
- If the item is damaged, faulty, unwanted or not as described then we will provide a full refund if a replacement part cannot supplied. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or faulty part so a prompt resolution can be actioned.
- Unfortunately any labour changes incurred won't be covered and will not be refunded.
- Select Automotive Group Ltd operates a 30 day return policy, so the item must be returned back to us within 30 days of the sale date. The item will be inspected on return for our security marks, if these have been removed then we wont be able to process the refund as we aren't able to establish if the returned item is the same one that was originally sent out.
- All new items are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Any warranty claims must be accompanied by the item receipt. We will look to replace items which have failed within the first year from the sale date, if we are unable to do this a refund will be provided. Unfortunately any labour changes incurred won't be covered and will not be refunded.
